I am Jessica “Winona” Walker, a Georgia attorney committed to providing thoughtful, reliable legal guidance to individuals, families, and small business owners across the state. Through The Winona Law Firm, LLC, I help clients prepare wills and trusts, create confidentiality agreements, and complete residential real estate closings with clarity and confidence. My goal is to make important legal decisions easier to navigate and to ensure that the people and priorities most important to my clients remain protected.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Mercer University and my Juris Doctor from the Florida A&M University College of Law. My career has included service with the United States Courts, a District Attorney’s Office, and the Department of Homeland Security, as well as legal training with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). These experiences strengthened my ability to manage complex matters with sound judgment, attention to detail, and respect for the responsibility clients place in their attorney.

My practice primarily serves families and small business owners who want confidence knowing as they transition to the next phase of life, the people they love most will remain protected in this one. Through wills, trusts, and carefully prepared legal agreements, I help clients create plans that bring clarity, stability, and peace of mind to those they leave behind. I also assist clients who need confidentiality agreements to protect sensitive personal or professional information and represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate closings handled with care and attention from start to finish.

The Winona Law Firm, LLC is inspired by the strength, resilience, and integrity of my grandmother (Ruth Winona Boatwright-Hightower), whose example continues to guide how I serve others.
